An important task in this project was to emphasize each of the sides of the building, with special attention to the operated roof.
This building is a fairly large volumetric solution with 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as commercial spaces. It has fairly wide entrances, a large built-up area, two-level underground parking and enough commercial space on the first floor.
A special cherry on the cake was the flat, operational roof, which will contain a swimming pool, recreation areas and a bar-cafe area for the residents of this complex.
Our task was to create a special atmosphere of life in this house, to convey to future buyers that life in this residential area will be really comfortable and wonderful!
